Refund policy

Memberships

Luxe and Tox Memberships purchased online are paid in full for a 12-month membership that begins on the date of purchase. Membership fees are non-refundable and non-transferable, and are not applied as a credit toward treatments or products.

Treatments and packages

• Prepaid treatments and packages are valid for one year from the date of purchase.
• All treatments are subject to a consultation with our provider. If your provider determines you're not a candidate for a treatment you purchased, you'll receive a full refund.
• Seasonal treatments redeemed later in the year may be substituted with one of our current seasonal or regular facial options.
• Prepaid treatments and packages are non-transferable.
• Except as described above, prepaid treatments and packages are non-refundable, including treatments that expire unused.

Skincare products

• All skincare sales are final.
• If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days and we'll make it right.
• Shipping charges are refunded only for damaged or incorrect orders.

Open House offers

Open House pricing and bonus gifts apply only to purchases made on October 8, 2026. Bonus gifts are available while supplies last and have no cash value. Refunds on Open House purchases are issued for the amount paid.
