These terms apply to purchases made through the Maningas Cosmetic Surgery online store. By placing an order, you agree to these terms, our Refund Policy, our Shipping Policy and our Privacy Policy.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase treatments, packages or memberships.

Treatments and medical services

• Purchasing a treatment or package online does not establish a patient-provider relationship and is not medical advice.
• All treatments require a consultation with our provider, who will determine whether a treatment is appropriate for you. We reserve the right to decline any treatment for medical reasons. If you aren't a candidate, our Refund Policy applies.
• Results vary from person to person, and no specific outcome is guaranteed.
• Prepaid treatments and packages are valid for one year from the date of purchase and must be scheduled in advance. Seasonal treatments redeemed later in the year may be substituted with one of our current seasonal or regular facial options.

Memberships

• Luxe and Tox Memberships purchased online are paid in full for a 12-month term beginning on the date of purchase.
• Membership pricing and benefits apply to the enrolled member only, are non-transferable, and are available only while the membership is active.
• Membership fees are non-refundable and are not applied as a credit toward treatments or products.
• The Tox Membership includes a maximum of 400 toxin units per membership year.
• Allē and Galderma rewards may be earned or redeemed where applicable. Evolus and Revance rewards cannot be combined with membership pricing.
• You may be asked to complete a membership agreement with our office to finalize enrollment.
• Management reserves the right to modify membership pricing, benefits, eligible services and program terms. Changes do not affect memberships already purchased for the current term.

Pricing, availability and offers

• Prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Sales tax is applied to retail products where required.
• Open House pricing and bonus gifts are available only on October 8, 2026. Bonus gifts are available while supplies last and have no cash value.
• Quantities are limited. We may limit or cancel orders, including orders that exceed available stock.
• If a product is listed at an incorrect price because of an error, we may cancel the order and refund your payment.
• Orders and payment

Payment is due in full at checkout. We may refuse or cancel any order, and if we do, we'll refund the amount paid.

Privacy

Information you provide when ordering is handled according to our Privacy Policy. Health information shared during consultations and treatment is protected under our patient privacy practices, separate from this online store.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms at any time. Changes apply to purchases made after they're posted.
